About Us

First Health was established in Lisburn 2006 by proprietor David Dempster Dip HFR. Interestingly the shop is on the same site as a succession of previous health shops, albeit different owners, spanning around 50 years in total up to the present day 

Here at First Health we have continually strived to stock the highest quality health products. Ranging from vitamin and nutritional supplements to herbal remedies and super foods. We also offer a range of wholefoods, organic products and gluten free foods and our selection of herbal teas and health drinks is extensive.

Another important part of the shop is the natural skin, hair and body care section, hypoallergenic and of course free from chemicals and animal testing.

In addition to this wide choice of natural products, we feel it is equally essential to always provide customers with ethical, highly qualified and safe advice.
